Aim

Help organisations improve the way they communicate with consumers by developing practical skills in listening, empathy, plain English and adapting communication to different needs. Learners will develop the confidence to handle conversations effectively, explain information clearly and create more positive customer experiences.

Why?

Good communication plays an important role in customer satisfaction, trust and fair outcomes.
