Neuro-Inclusion

At a glance

  • Practical, interactive neuro-inclusion training
  • Understand barriers and reasonable adjustments
  • Supporting inclusive communication and service delivery

Aim

Help organisations develop a better understanding of neurodiversity and how neurodivergent consumers may experience services differently. Give learners practical tools to adapt communication, recognise barriers and make reasonable adjustments that improve accessibility, inclusion and customer outcomes.

Why?

Neurodivergent consumers can experience additional challenges when services rely on complicated information, rigid processes, overwhelming environments or limited communication options. Understanding these barriers and the requirements of the Equality Act 2010 helps organisations provide more accessible services, support individual needs and treat customers fairly.

Who is it for?
