Inclusive Service Provision

At a glance

  • Practical, interactive training
  • Identify and remove barriers in customer journeys
  • Improve accessibility, communication and service delivery

Aim

Help organisations recognise where their services may unintentionally create barriers for consumers. Through practical examples and activities, learners develop the confidence to review customer journeys, adapt processes and make improvements that help more people access and use services successfully.

Why?

Even well-designed services can create difficulties for people when processes are complicated, information is unclear or customers have limited ways to get help. Disability, neurodivergence, financial pressure, digital exclusion and changing personal circumstances can all affect how someone experiences a service. Understanding these challenges helps organisations make their services more accessible, flexible and responsive to different needs.
