Equality Act Training

At a glance

  • Practical, scenario-based Equality Act training
  • Understand discrimination and reasonable adjustments
  • Build fairer, more accessible customer services

Aim

Help organisations understand their responsibilities under the Equality Act 2010 and give staff the confidence to recognise discrimination, identify barriers and make practical improvements to ensure services are fair, accessible and inclusive.

Why?

The Equality Act 2010 protects people from discrimination and places important responsibilities on organisations providing goods and services. Unclear information, inaccessible processes and a lack of reasonable adjustments can disadvantage customers and expose organisations to legal and reputational risks. Understanding these responsibilities helps teams make better decisions and provide services that work for more people.
